How it all started

XPT was developed out of a passion for pushing the limits of human performance in life and sport. Our story started with elite athletes testing the limits of breath control and underwater stone training. Those practices, researched and guided by various domain leaders, and tested over the years on the planet’s highest performing people, have since expanded into a holistic and innovative approach to human optimization.
