Who do I contact if I have more questions? support@xptlife.com
What is included in the registration fee?
Your registration includes multiple days of coaching from XPT’s elite performance trainers, Performance Breathing™ sessions, ice bath and sauna experiences, performance mindset seminars, a guided outdoor challenge, networking opportunities with other inspiring individuals, all meals during the event, and transportation while at the event.
Does XPT provide lodging?

What travel do I need to book?
Athletes booking XPT Mount Temple will need to book air travel, arriving in Calgary on Thursday, July 23 and departing on Calgary Sunday, July 26.
How fit do I have to be?
This mountaineering challenge demands strong cardiovascular conditioning and the ability to sustain 10–12 hours of hiking at elevation (7,000–11,600 ft). You should be confident moving across rock, snow, and mixed alpine terrain, with experience in long endurance days such as rucking, trail running, or mountaineering. Mental readiness is key — be prepared for pre-dawn starts, dynamic alpine weather, and learning technical skills like rope systems, crampon travel, and navigation of exposed ridgelines.
What is the minimum age to participate?
All participants must be 18 years or older.
What do I need to bring?
XPT will send a detailed packing list before the Expedition.
What is XPT's refund policy?
XPT Expeditions are non-refundable. However, attendees may request a one-time transfer of their registration to a future expedition in the amount paid. If there is a difference in the price of the expedition, the attendee will be invoiced for that amount. This transfer must be requested via email and is subject to availability. No multiple transfers or cancellations will be accepted once the transfer is completed.

This event was one I’ll never forget. Almost a week later and I’m still smiling ear to ear when I think about it or tell people about it. Truly an incredible experience I was so fortunate to be a part of, and I hope to be able to attend many more XPT events in the future.
“It was a great experience from top to bottom. I’ve told everyone I know how cool it was to be a part of it.”
“I have to say, the whole team made this event extraordinary. So much knowledge about everything they're passionate about, treating us like family, and sharing in many other experiences and endeavors!!”
